Savour Tasmania 2010 - the second annual epicurean festival showcasing the highest quality Tasmanian produce

Join four leading international chefs and two Australian culinary stars as they create a unique food experience at a selection of Tasmania's world class venues. Tasmania's pure, fresh and diverse produce will be transformed at Savour Tasmania in a memorable five days of the finest degustation lunches and dinners. Savour Tasmania 2010 will host renowned chef masterminds, Paco Rancero from Casino de Madrid in Spain, Alvin Leung - the 'Demon Chef' from Bo Innovation in Hong Kong, Philippe Nouzillat from Brasserie Wolf in Singapore and Martin Bosley from Martin Bosley's Restaurant in Wellington, New Zealand. Locally, Savour Tasmania 2010 will showcase the talents of the iconic Maggie Beer and her co-star on the television series The Cook and the Chef, Simon Bryant. Over three consecutive nights, Savour Tasmania's guest chefs will work their magic to create inspired dishes with Tasmania's globally acclaimed produce and wines.
